B32 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your B32 order. If something isn't right, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
RETURNS & YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you purchase from B32 online, you may tell us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You do not need to give us a reason.
Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s).
To start a return, please email b32ldnsupport@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please contact us before sending any return.
CONDITION OF RETURNS
You may inspect and try on an item as you reasonably would in a shop.
Returned items should not be worn or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them and, where applicable, should be returned with their original tags and packaging.
If the value of an item has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.
RETURN POSTAGE
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless we tell you otherwise.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us before returning it. Where appropriate, B32 will cover reasonable return costs or arrange another suitable remedy.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Email b32ldnsupport@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel an online purchase, we will also refund the standard delivery charge you paid, where required by law. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of our standard delivery option.
For eligible change-of-mind cancellations, refunds will generally be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or, where applicable, receiving evidence that you have sent the goods back.
Once we have issued your refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different size or product, please contact b32ldnsupport@gmail.com.
Where an exchange is possible, we will provide instructions. Exchanges are subject to product availability and cannot be guaranteed.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
If B32 offers products in the future that are made to a customer's individual specification or are clearly personalised, different cancellation rights may apply. Any applicable exception will be made clear before purchase.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
