ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILMENT
B32 products may be produced and fulfilled to order by our fulfilment partners.
This means your order may require production and processing time before it is dispatched.
Estimated delivery information and available shipping options will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, fulfilment location, delivery destination and shipping method selected.
We will deliver orders without undue delay and, unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed.
SHIPPING COSTS
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact b32ldnsupport@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched.
TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
In some circumstances, products within the same order may be fulfilled or shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one package or tracking notification.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If your order appears to be significantly delayed, lost, damaged in transit or has not arrived, please contact B32 Support and we will investigate.

International delivery is only available to destinations enabled on B32LDN.com.
Where international delivery is available, additional taxes, duties or import charges may apply depending on the destination. Any applicable charges and responsibilities will be communicated where required by law.
